Plants are shipped using fiberglass wall insulation. If you are
allergic to this or similar materials you should not order our plants.
We are not responsible for any health issues once your packages have
left our premises. Under no circumstances will AVChimera.com, its
employees, or other third parties related to this site be liable for any
damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of
the use of this site, or any web sites linked to this site.
Section IV
We take great care to pack your order. In spite of our best
efforts, leaf breakage sometimes occurs. A few broken leaves is
not reasonable grounds for replacement of plants! If plants are badly
damaged, notify us immediately and provide a picture of all damage
within 24 hours from receipt. The term "Badly damaged" is not a
few wilted or broken leaves. "Badly damaged" means the crown of the
plant has been affected. Do
not discard the plants until we complete our investigation. If this
procedure is not followed, all guarantees are void. AVChimera.com
will not be held responsible for any weather related damage. We do not
give cash refunds.
Section V
AVChimera.com ships USPS Priority Mail which is a 2 to 3 day service.
AVChimera.com is not responsible for lost or delayed packages as this is
beyond our control. This also includes any packages that are not picked
up at the destination by the recipient in a timely fashion.
If there is danger of frost in your area, DO NOT place an order!
AVChimera.com is not responsible for orders that are damaged due to
weather conditions including heat and frost.

Personal information on this site will not be shared with other entities
outside of AVChimera.com or affiliated sites. You agree that you are
fully responsible for the accuracy of any and all information in your
customer record and attest to it's truthfulness. AVChimera.com may
contact you from time to time using the contact email address provided
upon signup.

not monitored by AVChimera.com and we will not be responsible for their
